Jennifer Isaac Buchanan, MCTS, Co-Founder
Jennifer brings over 15 years of project management, technology management and business administration experience to IITA. Jennifer is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist and is certified in Administering Office 365 for Small Business. Jennifer has administered several server platforms including MS Small Business Server, MS Exchange Server, MS SharePoint Server and the LAMP CMS platforms of Drupal and WordPress. She has additional experience with ASP.NET, PHP and HTML to modify and create custom applications for various clients.
Gary Buchanan, Co-Founder
Gary is a true veteran of the technology support industry, having served with enthusiasm in the field since the early eighties. In creating IITA in 2004, he brought his experience in providing technical solutions to small and medium sized businesses as well his business expertise earned as Senior Manager of US Event Support at Accenture and as Technology Manager at Anderson Consulting.
